Asian American Resource Center, 2nd & 4th Wednesdays, 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. 

Steiner Ranch in Bella Mar Community Room, Wednesdays 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. in the Spring & Fall. 

Yoga for Seniors (65 +) is taught safely, appropriately for those who are of this age group. 

Health issues and physical limitations are considered.

Chairs are available to sit on for yoga practices - getting down on to the floor is not necessary. 

The yoga practices taught in this class can help with health: physical and mental, posture, getting about more easily, sleep, pain management, energy, morale, spiritual purposes, connecting within, moving away from fear of death 'abhinivesh'.
